Alice has been a leader in schools since 2014. She has line managed teams and holds responsibility for workforce development at CMCS.

She has led collaborative projects, such as the LLA Inclusive Leaders Conference and the LLA joint INSET. She currently trains staff and children in relational, restorative and trauma informed practice.
