Tom joined Carr Manor Community School in 2016 and was soon developing the Restorative Practice and Character work that had begun, both at Carr Manor and Wetherby High School.

On behalf of the Leeds Learning Alliance, Tom has led on the promotion of inclusion, collaboration and ambition to a wide range of education facing organisations across the country. This has included developing a Professional Learning Network across the LLA and beyond.

Tom is currently involved in the set-up and steering of the newly formed Inclusive Leadership Alliance which is a national network of leaders focused on effective, inclusive and collaborative leadership.
