Join us in 2027.
Leadership is about more than what happens within our own organisations. The challenges facing children and young people are complex and interconnected, requiring us to think differently about how we lead, collaborate and create change. The Inclusive Leadership Conference is designed for people who believe that better outcomes are achieved when we work together.
You will take away inspiring ideas and have an opportunity to build your network, meeting colleagues from across the Alliance, creating opportunities for collaboration.
Whether you are attending as an individual, bringing colleagues from your organisation or joining us as a partner, we look forward to welcoming you to Carr Manor Community School for a day of learning, challenge, collaboration, and inspiration.
