Following the success of our 2026 conference, which welcomed more than 300 delegates to Carr Manor Community School, the 2027 conference will once again explore what it means to lead inclusively, sustainably and with a clear focus on improving outcomes for children and young people.

Leadership is about more than what happens within our own organisations. The challenges facing children and young people are complex and interconnected, requiring us to think differently about how we lead, collaborate and create change. The Inclusive Leadership Conference is designed for people who believe that better outcomes are achieved when we work together.
